You’re In the Right Place If…

You have been struggling with trying to lose weight and picking the perfect exercise routines for your goals. I know from experience that losing weight and improving fitness is challenging. Let me help you succeed by using techniques and strategies that work and remove all the fad diet recommendations and poor exercise practices that rarely get results.

How Can I Help You?

I have been training for over 20 years and have used multiple tactics to maintain a high standard of physical fitness, which is essential for my job as a Firefighter. Maintaining a healthy weight and eating the foods that nourish and rejuvenate my body is critical for my job and as a Husband and Father. I want to live forever, so why not feed my body the best?

My Story

I’ve always been into keeping fit, and I started going to the gym at 14 years old. I was a super skinny kid and loved the idea of building muscle and looking better. I soon became excited about exercising, and I’ve been training 5 days a week for 20-plus years, learning everything in the process.

My fitness journey has taken me from the gym to running long distances and cycling. Unfortunately, in late 2014 I badly injured my back competing in Crossfit, and I had to have a back operation. This meant I couldn’t exercise for 12 months, and I was off work for more than 6 months.

This led to the most depressing and painful period of my life, and I couldn’t even get out of bed because my back hurt so much. I then had 12 months of rehabilitation and building my strength and fitness. Furthermore, I had gained more weight than I expected.

I then researched and explored the most effective and best exercise routines to build my fitness so I could return to the job I loved. This website is where I share everything I’ve used and learned along the way. I hope it helps, inspires and motivates you to achieve your goals.
